As per the latest announcement at CES press conference Sony claims to introduce its new device Sony Xperia ZL in 2013. The date has not been decided yet but launch of Sony Xperia ZL is clearly confirmed and decided. So here the question arises whether it could defeat Samsung galaxy S3?
Let’s take a look at both of its specifications in relate to design, display, camera, hardware, software, storage and size.
1. Display – Since Galaxy S3 has large screen i.e. 4.8 inch screen with resolution 720×1280, users find it easy to read words on the screen. The information is greatly visible and there is no need of scrolling down to see full page. But With Sony Xperia words are clearer because of having 5 inch screen with resolution 1920×1080.
2. Camera – if you are fond of capturing more and more snapshots of you, your friends and things around you then Sony Xperia is wise option for you because it is coming with 13 MP Camera with front Camera 2.2 MP and LED flash. Samsung has 8 MP of Camera.
3. Processor- Samsung Galaxy S3 came out with 1.4 GHz quad-core processor with 1 GB of free memory space. But Sony Xperia ZL is offering 1.5 GHz Krait quad-core with 2 GB of RAM. It is clear that Sony Xperia is a better option to opt if you like to have more space for your files, messages, documents, image in your smart phone.
4. Battery Life – With bigger screen it is obvious that more battery would use up for operating and handling. So clearly Sony Xperia’s battery turns down quickly as compared to Samsung galaxy S3.
5. Storage – Samsung Galaxy S3 allows expandable memory up to 64 GB but Sony Xperia only allows us to expand storage memory up to 32 GB.
With above discuss points and differences it is clearly shows that Sony Xperia can beat Samsung Galaxy S3 with better Camera quality, processor, speed and display. But Sony Xperia would probably not stands out long in the list because Samsung Galaxy S4 is also ready to launch in 2013.
